NILAM, an acronym for "Nadi Ilmu Amalan Membaca" in Malay, translates to "Pulse of Reading Practice" in English. Dr. Azizul Bin Haji Ismail, the Chief of the Multiracial National Language Development Division at Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, graced the occasion as the program's officiator.
